Focused on enabling leaders with the skills and insight needed to maneuver, sustain, scale and efficiently execute an industry business unit (IBU).
The Business Unit Management & Scaling course uses an industry-led approach bringing together senior business leaders to share best practices, lessons learned, tools & techniques. Participants will gain insight into the anatomy of an IBU, supply chain management, the digitization of industry operations, and organizational change management. They will understand key strategies and techniques for scaling a business unit while enabling resilient operations.
This course is designed for new or experienced managers, supervisors, senior managers and directors seeking to sustainably execute or scale business unit operations.
