Focused on enabling leaders to drive a measurable enhancement in their leadership performance through tailored mentorship and industry-led content.

The Mentored Leadership Development (MLD) program leverages the success of the IOLM group-based mentorship program, using a 5:1 ratio between mentor and mentees over six months, to enhance critical leadership skills tailored to each participant's specific challenges.
​
This program is designed for new or experienced leaders seeking to enhance their leadership performance, and engagement between key stakeholders within their organizations.

Overview
Participants will complete 6 x 1-2 hour group mentorship sessions over six months - completing a tailored leadership development plan to best meet specific participant leadership challenges. Leadership performance is assessed through 3 x 360 assessments conducted with participant stakeholders within their organization over the 6-month program.

Participants will also gain insight into key prevalent leadership topics, including critical communication skills, adaptive leadership, the cynefin decision-making framework, design thinking, group-based decision-making, mentorship & coaching through 6 hours of asynchronous micro lessons (20 min each). To enable flexibility, the 6 - hours of asynchronous lessons are consumable at the convenience of the participant's schedules over the 6-month program.

Admission Details
Participants should have relevant work or training experience or education in their industry field; a college or university education is an asset but not required.
