McMaster's Enhanced Operations Leadership Essentials (EOLE) course uses a global industry-led approach to equip participants with a deployable operations execution framework developed in line with industry best practices. The EOLE course, in partnership with The Strong Link draws best practices, approaches, tools & strategies from senior leaders at Northrop Grumman, Airbus, Bombardier, Volvo, UD Trucks, Pratt & Whitney, General Electric and Lockheed Martin. The EOLE course enables new & recently advanced leaders by defining their start state, aligning a development path and enhancing leadership, operations, execution and management essential skills - within an industry 4.0 environment.

This course is designed for leaders within or entering front-line teams & business units looking to enhance their skills, grow their networks, build confidence and establish a development pathway for their teams to meet current and near-horizon scaling challenges.
