Steven J. Dykeman is Director of the Human Resources Office at NASA’s Glenn Research Center in Cleveland and Langley Research Center located in Hampton, Virginia. Dykeman leads workforce planning, hiring and staffing strategies, employee performance management, career and leadership development, organizational design, and federal labour-management relations. Steven is a retired U.S. Army Veteran and has received multiple awards, such as the Department of Homeland Security Secretary’s Award for exceptional leadership.

Shelley Peterson Has supported pursuits, diving into the rapidly evolving augmented reality, mixed reality, and wearables market to integrate emerging technologies into key solutions for Microsoft & Lockheed Martin Space. Her combined skill and reputation as a thought leader across the augmented reality industry have resulted in repeated demonstration of the potential
of this emerging technology across numerous programs, including NASA's Orion Spacecraft. Shelley instructs management fundamentals to participants in the OME Course.

Jaime Engdahl, Director of Strategy Advanced Weapons & Emerging Capabilities | Northrop Grumman - In 2017 he joined the company as the Director for Hypersonic Weapon Development, leading hypersonic vehicle engineering design and tactical hypersonic operational research in a rapid, agile, multi-disciplinary team environment. Jaime has instructed business leaders on operational resilience. He will instruct OME course participants on critical management fundamentals.

Julia Menninga

People, Talent and L&D Senior Leader

Julia has 13 years enabling Talent Development, 10 years in Corporate Communications, with a focus on performance coaching, leadership best practices, and New Manager Foundation programs. She is also a Board and Jury member on the Global Council of Corporate Universities, a Judge with the UK Employee Experience awards for the Leader of the Year category. Julia actively enables emerging education with the Future of the Workforce Development Roundtable and instructs management fundamentals enabling resilient teams on the OME course.
